Assuming that you are visiting Nozawa Onsen you should book at The Ridge Nozawa Apartments. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the rooms are very nice. In general everything was professional and friendly.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff members on the reception were there at all the time. The beds had been cozy and the people in the hotel have been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Pretty wonderful hotel and excellent location. Surely will recommend The Ridge Nozawa Apartments!
